This article describes how to deliver and collect assets to customers using iSpaniel.

Login to iSpaniel

  1. Open the iSpaniel app on your phone.
  2. Enter the access code for a user with delivery rights and the driver screen will be displayed.

Cask Delivery and Collection

This process should be followed if you are only delivering casks to a customer, or if you are delivering and collecting casks in one visit.  If you are only collecting casks, please see Cask Collection Only below.

  1. If you have an invoice with the a QR code, tap on Scan and follow the instructions below, otherwise tap Cust List to display the list of customers.
  2. If you tapped Scan the barcode scanner application will launch.  Use this to scan the QR code on the customer invoice.

  3. The customer screen will be loaded, scan each cask to be delivered to the customer.  As you scan casks you will see the Delivered tally will be incremented.Fig 4 : As casks are delivered the number will increment

  4. If there are any casks to be collected scan these.   As you scan casks you will see the Collected tally will be incremented.  Fig 5 : As casks are collected the number will increment

  5. When all casks have been scanned, click Done.

Cask Collection Only

This process should be followed if you are collecting casks only and do not have any to deliver.

  1. Press Cust List to display the list of customers.

  2. Browse or search for the name of the customer you are collecting from, or start typing the name in the search field to find the customer.Fig 7 : List of customers

  3. Scan all of the casks to be collected.  As you scan casks you will see the Collected tally will be incremented.

  4. When all casks have been scanned, press Done.
