You can edit the status of an asset and change it to any of the statuses available.  This guide explains how to do this correctly.


  1. Login to the portal as an Administrator or Asset Administrator .
  2. From the menu, select Assets.
  3. Search for the asset you want to edit using the Search box, or Advanced Filter .
  4. Click on the Edit button next to the asset you want to edit.
  5. At the Edit Asset screen, change the status as appropriate.
  6. The different status types allow for different options to be set, as follows:
    • Delivered allows you to set the filling, gyle number and customer name.  When you start to type a customer name, a list of valid options appears allowing you to select one.  Please note that assets manually set to delivered will not appear on the map.
    • Filled allows you to set the filling and gyle number.
  7. After setting the required values in the edit asset screen, enter the date the transaction took place.  If you are not sure of this, you can estimate when it happened, but the date cannot be before the previous transaction, or after the current date.
  8. When finished, click Update.
  9. The asset will now appear in the portal and on the mobil app (following a sync) with the new status.  Clicking the Asset History button in the portal will show the new transaction showing that it was a manual override.
