When iSpaniel is integrated with Unleashed Sales Order data it is possible to update the status of the order from Parked to Completed using the iSpaniel app. The purpose of this feature is to allow users to view Sales Order data using iSpaniel, and tick off each order item as it is picked, finally updating the Sales Order status once complete.
- Login to the iSpaniel app using a program/fill user.
- When iSpaniel is integrated with Unleashed Sales Order data, you will see an Orders button. Tap this button.
- The Parked orders will be displayed in iSpaniel and sorted by the oldest order. If required, it is possible to search for orders by order number and customer name.
- Tap on the order you wish to view.
- The order details will be displayed. As you pick the items for the order, place a tick in the checkbox.
- When the order has been completed and all checkboxes are ticked, tap the complete button.
- The order will be updated and marked as Completed in Unleashed.
