Improved import experience :-
We have changed the way we handle imports to prevent timeouts when importing large amounts of data. Now, when you import data you will not have to wait for it to complete and can continue to use iSpaniel. When the import has completed you will receive an email with the results. Import and Export of assets :-

Two major features have been added to iSpaniel as detailed below. Both of these will require assisted migration to a brand new app, but the old iSpaniel will continue to work as normal until you are migrated. Someone from iSpaniel will be in touch with you about your migration in due course.
Flexible workflow (requires migration) -
We have introduced the ability to create customisable workflows for your asset so you can tailor things to your needs. The documentation is being updated all of the time, and you can find out more here.
User account changes (requires migration) -
We have changed the way we handle user accounts so you only need one account for portal and mobile. For existing iSpaniel users, this cannot be used until you have been migrated, but if you want to know more you can find out about this here.

Track lost assets -
If you are unable to locate an asset you can now flag this as lost in the iSpaniel portal and report on your lost assets. If the asset is found again it can be brought back into the system by simply collecting or filling the asset.

Ingredient Traceability for Bottled or Canned Products

Auto return filled assets to empty -
You can now configure iSpaniel to automatically return filled assets to empty if they are not delivered within a specified amount of time. Check out the support article which explains this new feature..

It is now possible to edit the details of an assets status in the portal to change it between filled, delivered and collected. Please read our guide on this new feature.

Tool tips have been configured in the portal so that when certain features are hovered over it explains what they mean or what is required.
